Apparently I am stupid enough not to understand why someone would get so angry they would say something like that and not back down, eventually. I really don't. The things I have regretted having said I have apologized for. Sometimes it took a while for me to feel ready, but eventually I did it.

Maybe you just aren't ready yet.

But if it isn't a question of time, if you really stand by that, I find it inexplicable. If that's stupidity, then I would prefer to be stupid.
