YES!! They have all these counters and people behind them but only one is open! It takes three people to discuss, look, go to the back and eventually help one person.

We moved across town into a different zip code because for 3 years, we weren't getting our mail delivered. It was a hit and miss kinda thing. The supervisor came out, then it went all the way up the chain of command to the regional, district, manager, supervisor or some such nonsense. Nothing ever got resolved. We were going broke, our credit was going in the toilet because we weren't getting bills on time so they didn't get paid on time. Invoices to customers were getting lost, their checks would maybe come in 2 months after it was post marked by the post office. All this we showed them. Still nothing so we moved. It was going great for the first 3 months then a postal inspector came in and it's gone to hell in a hand basket. I can see the writing on the wall right now.

It's starting all over again. Slowly, our mail coming in has demenished, we aren't getting bills in so we aren't sending invoices out. Checks are getting lost again.

One company has decided to start emailing their bills because they too have been having problems with getting and receiving their mail.
