Quit lying to the thread. Progressives value free speech as much as anyone on nthe planet. The rightwing though has a long history of censorship, fascist style McCarthyist intimidation of dissent, book-burning, music banning, debate stopping, etc. The rightwing will not allow free debate because they are terrified of the truth. If people knew the truth almost no one would vote for them.
