You are only showing your ignorance of military matters. If you cant believe me ask unclewest. An army is not run by privates, its not even operationally run by officers. Its run by NCO's. It takes many years to develop a sufficient cadre of trained experienced NCO's. In Iraqs case they have suffered greatly from an inexperienced officer and NCO ranks. From all I have seen, the Iraqi soldier properly LED isnt a bad fighter. Its just that they do not have that leadership needed. Too much corruption in the officer corps and too little number of qualified NCO's. jdn
