Wayne, On the tap out, I can't see why the guy who tapped out did not lose. Besides, he had lost every minute of every round. And the winner's difficulties stemmed from his own actions, not the competitor's. I also don't think the he was truly knocked out. I saw him move several times after he went to his back and the excuse that he was resting until he removed his arm from under his opponent's weight made sense. But, even if he were knocked out, the ref stopped the fight due to the tap, not due to unconsciousness.

Matt Serra is a tough guy, but he has been beaten several times. There is no way he should have beaten St. Pierre.

Chuck Liddell vs. Rampage Jackson made more sense, as Jackson had beaten Liddell in nearly the same way before either was a champion.

I think the worst travesty was Tito Ortiz vs. Ken Shamrock. Shamrock has been shot as a pro fighter for several years. Tito creamed him the first time and the second time. Staging a third fight was only because Tito has hordes of young fans and everyone hates Shamrock, so they could draw a crowd to see their hero retire a legend. It was like Gerry Clooney vs. Ken Norton.
