TGEN completes offering 6.7 million shares at $2.905 warrants to purchase up to 6.7 million shares subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms of the warrants, at a price of $3.25 per share Net proceeds $17.8 million. I'll try to look at the SEC filing and snoop around to be sure the word debenture does not appear anywhere. The warrant part concerns me a little, I've become a little cynical these past seven years. ir.targen.com Looks like they have had their website redesigned, but the documents seem to be there, this is the section to slog through I think.
