I've had similar experiences with opposing counsel. In fact, I just filed a reply to the most whining and childish legal "briefs" I've ever read. Let's just say the contrived misinterpretation was the legal version of the MSM's interpretation of Coulter's remarks about Edwards and terrorist attacks. People who want to whine are very adept at creating strawman insults and then proceeding to be very unkind and insulting "in return" under the guise of being forced to it by the initial "insults." It gives me a headache.<g>
