There are ferns, mosses and woods on my humble little property here. In the quiet of the early morning, walking softly, it can transport you. I especially like the mossy spots - good for ruminating...

I have an old BBC recording of Yeats reading Lake Isle of Innisfree, with a little prologue preceding. He definitely had a certain cadence and rhythm in mind for that poem. He was up there in years when he made the recording, but what a powerful, resonant voice he had.
