IF we had the high density population to make RT work, it would be one thing. But we aren't Boston, NY, or DC. However, the price tag doesn't count the actual number of passengers who won't or can't use it.

The cost to build something is whatever it costs, no matter if no one uses the property.

THAT's the part the politicians seem to miss.
