Brian, Nice post.......We all need to understand that the market perhaps does not know very much about what IDX is up to....And the lack of hard announcements of a major nature also plays a part. Sometimes we feel that IDX should go up because of what we believe....rather than what has been made public. I'm sure that there are a variety of reasons IDX is weak....most have been discussed here......IDX is not going to get every contract....nor are they going to partner with everybody....nor are all of their competitors going to go belly-up..... What is the reason people should buy IDX?........Earnings and blue sky....and we have not seen the earnings....and blue sky is often not fully considered. How nice it would have been to get a $ 26 million dollar PO from the INS last Monday instead of a $ 2.8 million contract....IMO, If we had gotten the whole deal Monday, IDX would have gone up 5 points.....Instead.....we are sinking in dissapointment. Go figure. bg ps. AFIS is the stock symbol for Printrak...and....afis is an automated fingerprint identification system. Sometimes people get the two confused.
