A major fight, as usual. They are trying to turn the dollar,
turn the bonds, and continue stock market rally.
Maybe not this time. We just need to watch the Yen, rates,
and the dollar, as the Fed continues liquidity
injections. PM-s are on fire sale, I'm getting some -g-
1) all this bad debt is dollar-denominated
2) mostly foreigners hold the stuff
So, no, when it all blows up, the dollar is not supposed to
rally, IMHO anyway -g- There is risk in PM equities though.
A reaction of the dollar and interest rates to the next coupon
pass is worth watching. Some day all the CPI lies are going
to backfire.
