looks like razor wire...

i laid down a lot of conertina wire at ft sill during some army computer exercises decades ago. it was barbed wire rolled and you would pull it, streach it out by bouncing it, and then staple it to the ground. As i remember it was about 3'/3.5' high. We put the stuff around an assembly of buildings where numerous military came in to play these secure war games.

Never did seem like a bright idea. we were in the middle of the ft. still ok. army base, they had guards around the place 24/7, unarmed of course, it seemed like such stupid idea to put conertina wire around the building facility. But we did it and did not question. ggg
