Having just bought SBYT for the first time a few month ago at 4 7/16, I must say I am very excited about the merger. GTIS is a great company, I already had a large position in GTIS, now I guess I have a huge position in it. After seeing the pre-earnings announcement, all I can say is - It's great that we got this buyout, SBYT stock would have gotten clobbered otherwise. JV.
