Heads UP; With respect too L0709, I decided to do some tests today. In 3 separate accounts at different brokerages I put day orders for sale of small quantities of accumulated inventory at 20 cents above the current ask as reflected on the new listing, all 3 orders were filled above the Last shown price and 20 cents above the ASK. The displayed Last sale price and the volume did not change post these transactions.

So folks this security is being manipulated in its new home, someone wants what we have and is willing to pay up. Keep this in mind when following the unfolding drama here.
