I agree with your views. The MM's are a sneaky bunch and it is hard to second guess them in general. Check out oil services industry stock (drilling, waste management, etc.) if you like SHDN sector. Not cheap but CDG, PESC, and NPR are all doing well lately. Just my opinion.
