Again major league volume of 12mm shares early in today's session. Too large of a volume just to be traders flipping the shares. Someone values that diamond export license, especially since Putin lifted the restriction last February upon export of rough diamonds, and can now export either rough or cut diamonds out of Yakutsk.

Also it is my belief that Sib Almaz wants to take GBDX private before GBDX needs to make any SEC filings as noted on GBDX's website, and as a publicly listed company. So there is an element of speed here too....JMHO
