Chris, I know you and CJ are fine with public displays of religious stuff, but many people aren't. Those are the same people who want to move more toward a European standard where, for example, Muslim girls in public schools aren't allowed to wear their hoods.
As for your own private property, well, if there was a practical way to make a "Do not solicit" list the same way we have a national "Do not call" list against telemarketers, I'd be for it. I get Korean Jehovah's Witnesses coming to my doorstep on a regular basis. At least they're friendlier and more personable than those telemarketers, so I can tolerate them.

Like I said, I've been to Utah. I even remember visiting the Mormon temple a few times, where they never fail to send me the Korean tour guide. I even remember the name of one of them, Sister Jeong. I didn't have the heart to tell her that I would never believe in the Book of Mormon, but one of my friends did.
But hey, it was your decision to move there, no? Southern California must have been that bad for you, huh?
