I think the fear of Caleeeeeeforniiiiiiiiiiiiaaaaaaaaaaa and WGI may be overblown. All permitted and all reclamation bonds in place. The deal with LA sanitation is very unique and if the chips fall right WGI will save about 25-35 bucks per ounce ( a huge number) selling the aggregate from stripping to LA county to cover the waste. Sales may amount to 20 cents a lb which is half of market cost.Good for both LA county and WGI. Figure moving 50 to 60 million tons of dirt per year and half of that waste adds up fairly quickly. There may be an interview with Randy Oliphant on the WGI website where this is explained. Maybe the Amex or BMo conference.

Nice bids coming in under WGI and several houses buying in.Management has been in Europe this past week doing a dog and pony show.
