<Who wants to invest in chaos?> The Russians will invest whenever, wherever, and however it will improve their position in the competition for natural resources. They will see Venezuela as a zero sum game: our loss is their gain. During the cold war the Russians perfected the art of investing in chaos. Putin is a KGB thug in that tradition. The US, with it's current leadership, is totally outmatched.
