Terence,

Thanks for getting back to me.
ÿ
I just downloaded the software and proceeded to install it.ÿ However, as soon as I unzipped and installed the program, I received the following message:

"ins0432
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.ÿ
If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.
ÿ
_INS0432 caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff9a07c.

ÿ
I am not sure what happened.ÿ I went ahead with the installation. But as soon as I started adding security, I got the same illegal operation message.

For your information, I am using Internet Explorer 4.0.ÿ The same thing happened when I was using 3.0

I had no problems operating other programs.

Thanks for your help.
