Re: Children of Jihad Best way to lance boils like that... would be to not stand in the middle of Shiite vs. Sunni, or Persian vs Arab internecine wars trying to stop their fighting, but rather to let them have at each other, exhausting the support for extremism in both sets of cultures, and turning hatred and theocratic and power politics INWARD. That, and totally ENDING our support for the corrupt Monarchies such as the Saudis which, in case you have forgotten, actually include the same sort of religious extremism, bigotry, and antisemitism in their public educational systems too... and FINANCE the same sort of crapola all over the place in the more populous and poorer Islamic societies such as Pakistan, etc.
