their genetic make up doesn't make them normally able to drink large amounts of alcohol.

is there some medical study that supports their genetic make up doesn't make them able to drink large amts of alcohol. or is it because they prefer not to drink and if they do since they are not used to drinking their body cannot take large amounts which seems pretty normal with most unless your genetics say one or two drinks and you are smashed or addicted.
