I fully agree, buy out would occur at or near $20. Most options in their annual report have high target strike prices, and are not "free options", they have serious strings involved.

Their networks use good old fashioned fiber, this is actually a plus. Their netwroks are up and running. The only thing slowing them down is a lack of cooperation from RBOCS, this can't last.

Sad to say I went on vaca and put a buy in at 10.75. I am hoping for a retreat to 11 and then will get in again, much heavier than before.
