I agree that they may well wish to brag of compliance.... but only after the fact. Trumpeting an agreement for TPRO to assess or remediate has may only have an upside when shareholders begin to ask a lot of questions, and management is concerned about a negative effect on share price. Until then, when in doubt, ... there is no problem.
