Cowen said that growth in the networking sector is accelerating and that investors will again return to their "beloved networkers".

Could be a good sign for more analysts to go bullish especially since most are probably already in long by now. Doesn't seem to be helping ascend any though. I don't think we can expect much movement until earnings are out and the future becomes a bit more visible.
