I oppose universal health care because I don't want my wife and I to be dependent on substandard government care when we are old. Socialism brings waiting lists and substandard care for the elderly. I also no that taking all profits out of health care will eliminate the lure that brings new drugs and new treatments and procedures. Profit spurs research.
