Regardless of why the TA change occurred, if there was a problem
on OVIS's end I would wonder why a bigger and better known TA
was plenty ready to jump in and take their place.

Say what you want, but those of us with certs can tell you they look
terrible as far as the typing goes. I'm sure the new TA will print
them rather than using what looks like my grandpa's old manual
typewriter.
