LIAR. The best health care systems in the world are all "socialistic". America's is #36. If you are rich you cvan afford the best. If not, our system has been going down, down, down and getting more expensive. Under Bush health care costs have risen 50% in an era of almost zero inflation. Huge-huge ripoffs. You are deluded, pal. The best health care in the world is in Europe, not here.
