I haven't seen that report, but I'll bet a dollar to a donut that Bush's foreign policy blunders have exacerbated the difficulties in trying to win "young Muslim hearts and minds".

It must be tough to convince Muslims that we really respect them and their culture when they see pictures like those of Abu Ghraib.

Do you think Somalia gained the "hearts and minds" of young Americans when we saw some of them dragging the bodies of our guys through the streets?
