I think the July 29 date became meaningless when it was reported that HAPC and I-Flow executives were out together pitching the acquisition. I-flow seems to be more interested in completing the deal than getting the $l million penalty.

I'm holding onto my GAV warrants - once the deal goes through they should be trading much higher.
