We all fall into that trap...its dificult to admit one is wrong and especially hard to when the issue is emotionally charged...... If one dislikes someone ...for their opinions......as is the case gererally here....the idea of giving them any satisfation is often intollerable. What is often missed is that in an ongoing dialogue ceding certain points to one opponents can create the air of reasonability that can give one a advantage when argueing the really important points. I say this from practicle experience involving highlevel professionals. ps my opponent actually did the real work by allienating all present
