It sounds to me as if the operation of DBA is aimed at minimizing this. It sounds as if the "gaming" is aimed at indvidual speculators who maintain a long position in some commodity by simply rolling over their contracts regularly. I am going to hope that the people at Deutsche Bank include managers smart enough to avoid being fleeced in this way.
