Even if for the war, the war failed. His SS initiatve got nowhere. Immigration flopped. His legacy is strictly the 2 SC justices and thats a big deal but has little to do with actual accomplishment. Cheney and Rummy screwed up big time and as i pointed out three years ago, the little tent strategy which got them elected did more harm than good for the GOP and will cost them the WH most probably in 2008, even though some of our leftist friends over here might do the self destruction thing again with some of their far out ideas.
