The meaning of sell upgraded to hold? End of May short interest was 30 million. End of June the short interest was 28.9 million but the average trading volume was 77 million shares per day(3m). So, we are now mostly daytraders. About 14 million shares long were taken off the table. This volume will be back if overbought turned to oversold again with move close to 7.00.
