Sounds like an extract from the German higher criticism ... As for me, I have decided to know nothing except Christ and him crucified. Getting bogged down in the M, X and P documents etc. and the source of and accuracy of scriptures was a worthless exercise in my youth... an experience with the living God delivers one from such doubtful exercises ...
