WHy did Guiliani let John Gotti go - twice? Maybe Guiliani was taking out Gotti's competition for him. Why would Rudy's #1 most trusted associate be busted for Mafiua ties and Rudy be innocent? There is no reason to trust Guiliani. Even NYC firefighters think he's a big phony.
