I don't think Cuba is a threat to the US either. Castro wanted it to be, but history has decided otherwise.

It is possibly the poorest most pathetic country in the hemisphere, though before Castro it was one of the wealthiest Latin American countries. Its a shame filmmakers like Moore and others keep holding up Castro's Cuba as a model.
