Does cheney have the pardon power? Just kidding but it seems to me that he should be wearing the orange jumper, not scooter. No doubt he has to pay the price for what he did and the imposed sentence was applied by a moderate judge for deterrent purposes in the future. Bush doesnt have to pardon scooter you know--he can commute the sentence to time served. I recommend that scooter get a day more than paris got.
