Hi, Peter -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission ordered the recall last week o of First Alert's Tru-Fit brand child safety gates because small pieces pose a choaking hazard for children. They've set up an 888 number for a free replacement, but ALRT's CFO Michael Rohl is quoted as saying it will only cost them about $54K. Not much for a co that sells about $180 ml in product (TTM), but certainly not good PR. Still -- I really like this company. The market cap right now is only about $73 mil. Book value per share is about 3 3/8 and the co is selling about $8 worth of product on a per share basis. R/
