I’m in favor of fencing, but it won’t stop people with temporary visas from staying. To get them we will also have to enforce immigration law at least when they come in contact with local law enforcement, but the only hope of doing that would require a federal reimbursement policy. The property and vehicles of illegals here should probably be subject to confiscation to help with the expense.
