He didn't pardon Libby - yet, but he probably will before his office expires. This is an unbelievably rare event, way outside the standard legal process. I agree Bush doesn't care about America or Americans. I still can't believe so many people voted for him, or that with only half the country voting for him he has consistenly demonstrated his disdain for the other >100 million.
