potential of 1.54b to 1.6b shares as it relates to today's investors share impact. Authorized 1 billion with 650m sold. Reverse 7 to 1 Authorized 1 billion with 91m sold. If they sold all 1 billion authorized. The market would show 1 billion authorized and 1 billion sold. in pre split terms however it would be 909m plus 650 = 1.55b But actually it's worse 909 x 7 = 6.3b plus .6 = 6.9 billion.
