I don't know what happened, but the installation of cameras in public places in London seemed to happen over night. Are they all over England now, and did the people of England have a say about their installation ? It is a subject that needs to be debated, but I have a feeling we are going to find that they will be installed in all major cities, followed by small cities, without public input.
