OK, hypothetically if a company clearly states there will be no further dilution and then does in fact dilute shares, isn't that misleading investors? and wouldn't that be grounds for a lawsuit?

I just can't see why a company would put themselves out there like that. I don't think the big whigs over at ACHI would put themselves at such risk. Ive waited a few years so what is a few more months? As I was being hypothetical if you disagree concentrate your efforts on debunking that scenario and not attacking me, thanks.
