Okay, so let's suppose for a minute that you are correct about this and that the old TA resigned for the reasons you are implying (I can't imagine the TA who holds up delivery by hand typing, sending employees to week-long seminars, and failing to reorder cert paper in time has any reason to be complaining about Olympus' paperwork, but let's just suppose anyway). Okay, let's suppose you ARE actually correct about this trivial matter. Who cares? This has no significance in the big picture. The big picture is that the shorts are going to have to cover and there's nothing you can do about it.
