I'm a DirectTv subscriber and have been on hold for up to 45 minutes several times. It sounds good that Dish has a solid customer support network (at least at these subscription levels).

I'm wondering if Dish (or DirectTV) has plans to allow customers to change their own programming using the internet? Almost all of my calls have been to add or subtract programs. No need to pay a customer service rep to do something that I would be happy doing myself.
