Man, I don't understand where some of you people are getting your numbers and logic.
Donhand...6.9 billion shares????? You've got to have a serious look at how a reverse split works. That's half as bad as the r.b. post saying 14 billion shares. Do you get it...half as bad?
The stock amount goes down divided by 7 while the share price goes up multiplied by 7. So, if we're trading at .02 at time of split with 637 million shares, price goes up to .14/share, and shares go down to 91 million.
Phoenixrising1, I don't know where you're getting 1.9 billion shares. It's pretty clearly stated there will be 908 million available for issuance after split.
We've had some pretty good postings on the subject of reverse splits. Go back and check some of the postings when the r/s was first discovered. I was involved in a company that did a r/s and made out quite nicely.
As for dilution, the shares have been at 637 million for quite a while. They have used s8 shares to pay for goods and services, not dilution into market. Companies issued s8 shares have probably sold into market to get money. Somebody stated they could be sued for making statement and then diluting. If they have, then why haven't they been sued? BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DILUTE. And let's not forget the subject of naked short selling and vapor shares, or do some of you people think there's no such thing?
All my opinion,
Shane
