Serious investors are on the sideline, waiting for a signal. The upgrade is from sell to hold. Watch and see? It will take market makers to move; before some will invest again? In the mean time daytraders rule? Then, the Sun management is shy; 3 month summer vacation in EU. So every one is waiting for the other guys? Some market makers are satisfied with the trading volume(good commissions) and not having any inventory to liquidate yet? Question is chicken or egg, which one is first?
