Zen....here is what I wrote-- 30m shares out what i SHOULD have said is....30m shares declared.... Sometimes the number outstanding and the number they declare upon can be quite diff due to treasury shares, other issues....if a company says in the SE section 100m authorized, 45m outstanding but their eps is based on considerably less shares it makes a diff when calculating eps...the eps is based on whatever number the company has declared for that particular qtr.... Let's wrap this up and stop putting everyone to sleep....
