Doug I don't think any news leaked(at least there isn't anything I've heard) I just think given the volume you're seeing in this current IPM downtrade, it is fair to at least speculate that you are seeing a lot of investors who have decided that enough is enough and are getting out. Everyone talks about how great IPM management is, but the reality is that they have had a horrible track record over the past 6-'12 months. I'm sure that many people lost confidence in them and no longer believe their "chickens are coming home to roost anytime soon" comments. This is only my opinion, and I'm sure I will get flamed for it, but it is the truth as I see it..... Mark
